Description
A refreshing cucumber yogurt dip, perfect for snacks or as a side.
Ingredients

- 1 cup packed shredded cucumber
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon honey if desired
Instructions
- Strain regular plain yogurt with a cheesecloth if you don’t have Greek yogurt. Ensure it is not runny.
- Squeeze all the moisture out of the shredded cucumber using a clean kitchen towel.
- Add the cucumber, garlic, and lemon juice to the yogurt. Mix well.
- Taste and add honey if needed.
Notes
- This dip is great with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
- Add herbs like dill for extra flavor.
