Description

A refreshing cucumber yogurt dip, perfect for snacks or as a side.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup packed shredded cucumber
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey if desired

Instructions

  1. Strain regular plain yogurt with a cheesecloth if you don’t have Greek yogurt. Ensure it is not runny.
  2. Squeeze all the moisture out of the shredded cucumber using a clean kitchen towel.
  3. Add the cucumber, garlic, and lemon juice to the yogurt. Mix well.
  4. Taste and add honey if needed.

Notes

  • This dip is great with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
  • Add herbs like dill for extra flavor.
