Description

This delicious Turkey Slider Bake is perfect for using up leftover turkey or rotisserie chicken!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Sliced Turkey Meat
  • 2 TBS Mayonnaise
  • 3 slices Cheese
  • 89 slices Jellied Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 TBS Butter
  • 1 package Slider Buns
  • Parmesan Cheese (for sprinkling on top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 or 8×10 baking dish with butter.
  2. Layer the bottom half of the slider buns in the greased dish.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise evenly over the buns.
  4. Layer 3 slices of cheese, followed by 2 cups of sliced turkey meat, and finish with 8-9 slices of jellied cranberry sauce.
  5. Top with the upper half of the buns, creating a sandwich.
  6. Brush the tops with 1 tablespoon of melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before cutting into individual portions. Serve and enjoy!

  • Leftover turkey or rotisserie chicken works great.
  • Greek yogurt can be used as a lighter option instead of mayonnaise.
