A creamy and flavorful mashed potato dish with garlic and rosemary.
Ingredients

- 900 g (2 lb) potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 60 ml (¼ cup) butter
- 120 ml (½ cup) milk or cream (warm)

- optional grated Parmesan or olive oil for garnish
Instructions
- Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 15–20 minutes, until fork-tender.
- Drain potatoes well and return them to the pot.
- Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the hot potatoes.
- Mash until smooth, gradually adding warm milk or cream.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with Parmesan or a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider using cream instead of milk.
- Adjust garlic quantity according to your preference.
