Description

Delicious honey garlic salmon fillets served with mixed vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fillets salmon (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on one side of the baking sheet and arrange mixed vegetables on the other side in a single layer.
  4. Brush half of the honey-garlic mixture over the salmon and pour any remaining marinade over the vegetables.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C).
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
