Description

A delicious coffee topped with a creamy pumpkin mixture, perfect for fall!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups brewed coffee (medium or dark roast, cooled)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  1. Brew your favorite coffee and let it cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice until soft peaks form.
  3. Fill two tall glasses halfway with ice cubes and pour the cooled coffee over the ice until three-quarters full.
  4. Spoon the pumpkin cream mixture on top of each glass of coffee.
  5. Sprinkle extra pumpkin spice on top for garnish.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe can easily be adjusted for sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • For a dairy-free option, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream.
