A delicious coffee topped with a creamy pumpkin mixture, perfect for fall!
Ingredients

- 2 cups brewed coffee (medium or dark roast, cooled)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- Ice cubes for serving
Instructions
- Brew your favorite coffee and let it cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice until soft peaks form.
- Fill two tall glasses halfway with ice cubes and pour the cooled coffee over the ice until three-quarters full.
- Spoon the pumpkin cream mixture on top of each glass of coffee.
- Sprinkle extra pumpkin spice on top for garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- This recipe can easily be adjusted for sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- For a dairy-free option, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream.
