- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 2 cups roasted peanuts
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the roasted peanuts until fully coated.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of sea salt to the mixture.
- These treats can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
