Description
Delicious garlic knots made from pizza dough, brushed with garlic butter and fresh parsley.
Ingredients

- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about half an inch thick.
- Cut the dough into strips approximately one inch wide and tie each strip into a knot.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and salt.
- Arrange the knots on the baking sheet and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, then sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
- These are best served warm out of the oven.
