Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Tray: Line a muffin tin with festive cupcake liners.
- Crush Peppermint Candies: Place peppermint candies in a sealed plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin until finely ground.
- Prepare Graham Cracker Mix: In a small bowl, mix crushed graham crackers (or cookies) with melted butter until well combined. Spoon about a tablespoon of the mixture into each liner, pressing down to form a base.
- Melt the Chocolate: Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and fully melted.
- Assemble the Treats: Pour a tablespoon of melted chocolate over the graham cracker base in each muffin liner. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies evenly over the top. Add a few chopped nuts if desired. Decorate with festive sprinkles.
- Chill: Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate has set completely.
Notes
- For an extra minty kick, you can add a drop of peppermint extract to the melted chocolate.
