- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, diced onion, salt, and pepper.
- Add in the frozen hashbrowns and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
