- 8 oz spaghetti (or any pasta of choice)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta in a colander and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, stirring until cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- This dish can be served as a main course or a side dish.
- For added protein, consider adding grilled chicken or shrimp.
