Description

A delicious creamy garlic parmesan pasta that is easy to make and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz spaghetti (or any pasta of choice)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta in a colander and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, stirring until cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
