Instructions
- Peel and segment the ripened orange, removing any seeds.
- In a blender, add the orange segments, almond milk, protein powder, honey or maple syrup (if using), ice, and vanilla extract (if desired).
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, ensuring all the ingredients are well combined.
- Taste your shake and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.
- Pour the shake into a glass, add a straw, and enjoy immediately.
