Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup strawberry or raspberry jam
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Assemble the Bites: Take a small spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and flatten it in your hand. Add a small dollop of jam in the center and carefully close the cream cheese around it, forming a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
  3. Coat the Bites: Roll each cheesecake ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Fry the Bites: Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Carefully place the coated cheesecake bites into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
