- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
- Baguette slices or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- This dip can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator; simply bake before serving.
