- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 4 large tortillas
- as needed Fresh vegetables (like spinach, bell peppers, or lettuce)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, yogurt or sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and creamy.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, just until they’re pliable.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a plate. Spoon a generous amount of the creamy chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Top with fresh veggies for added crunch.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll the bottom up to create a tight wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas. Slice the wraps in half for a delightful presentation or serve them whole alongside your favorite dipping sauce.
