- 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 slice orange (for garnish)
- 1 sprig mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, fresh orange juice, honey, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses.
- Garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of mint.

- For a thicker smoothie, reduce the amount of ice cubes.
