Description
A delicious sauce made with soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and sugar in a bowl.
- Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to the mixture.
- Stir in sesame oil.
- Heat the mixture in a saucepan over medium heat until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool before using.
