Description

Create a fun snowman pizza using dough, cheese, and veggies!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 batch Pizza Dough (Use pre-made or homemade for ease.)
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce (Substitute with pesto or alfredo for a twist.)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Gooey favorite; vegan alternatives work too!)
  • 1/2 cup Olives (Use black or green olives, or pepperoni.)
  • 1 medium Carrot (For the snowman’s nose; any crunchy veggie works.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and use round cookie cutters to create one large circle for the body and a smaller circle for the head.
  3. Place the dough shapes on the baking sheet, overlapping the smaller circle on top of the larger one slightly.
  4. Spread pizza sauce generously over each shape, then top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Decorate using chopped olives as eyes and buttons, and press a small triangle of carrot into the cheese for the nose.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust turns golden brown.
