Description
Create a fun snowman pizza using dough, cheese, and veggies!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 batch Pizza Dough (Use pre-made or homemade for ease.)
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce (Substitute with pesto or alfredo for a twist.)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Gooey favorite; vegan alternatives work too!)
- 1/2 cup Olives (Use black or green olives, or pepperoni.)
- 1 medium Carrot (For the snowman’s nose; any crunchy veggie works.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and use round cookie cutters to create one large circle for the body and a smaller circle for the head.
- Place the dough shapes on the baking sheet, overlapping the smaller circle on top of the larger one slightly.
- Spread pizza sauce generously over each shape, then top with mozzarella cheese.
- Decorate using chopped olives as eyes and buttons, and press a small triangle of carrot into the cheese for the nose.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust turns golden brown.
Notes
- This snowman pizza is a great activity for kids.
- Feel free to customize toppings as desired.
