- 1 whole wheel (8 oz) brie cheese
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Crackers or baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the brie in the center of the prepared baking sheet and lightly score the top.
- In a bowl, mix together walnuts, maple syrup, and thyme until well combined.
- Spoon the walnut mixture generously over the brie.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until gooey and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve with baguette slices or crackers.
