A fun and healthy snack featuring celery, peanut butter, and raisins.
Ingredients

- 4 celery stalks
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions
- Wash the celery stalks well and pat them dry.
- Cut the celery into 3-4-inch pieces.
- Spread peanut butter or almond butter into the hollow center of each celery piece.
- Press raisins into the peanut butter along the top of each piece to look like “ants on a log.”
- Arrange on a serving plate and serve right away.
Notes
- For added crunch, you can sprinkle some chopped nuts on top.
