- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
