Description
A sweet and spicy relish made with fresh cranberries and jalapeños.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 3–4 jalapeños, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Simmer sugar, vinegar, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a saucepan.
- Add cranberries and cook until they start to pop.
- Stir in jalapeño slices and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Continue cooking until the mixture thickens and becomes glossy.
- Let cool completely before storing in a jar.

- This relish can be served alongside meats or used as a condiment.
- Adjust jalapeño quantity for desired spice level.
