- 2 medium fresh jalapeños, sliced
- 2 medium diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- Cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or chicken and season with taco spices until fully cooked.
- Distribute the cooked meat evenly over the chips, then sprinkle with shredded cheese to cover.
- Top with black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- After baking, let cool for a minute before adding sour cream, guacamole, green onions, and cilantro (if using). Serve warm.
