- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika or chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded cheese, almond flour, seeds, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts and form into small balls on the baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball into a thin circle.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp on edges.
- Cool on baking sheet, then transfer to a rack to crisp further.
