- 2 ripe pears (sliced)
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares or circles suitable for tartlet pans, pressing them into place.
- Toss sliced pears with brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread them on a lined baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese with vanilla extract until smooth.
- Layer the roasted pears over the mascarpone in each pastry shell.
- Bake the assembled tartlets for an additional 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
