Description

A delicious and creamy dip made with cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning, perfect for serving with pretzels.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 ounce (1 packet) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 green onions (diced, plus more for garnish)
  • as needed Pretzels (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and green onions. Mix with a spatula or wooden spoon until well incorporated.
  2. For a Cold Dip: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight for the best flavor.
  3. For a Warm Dip: Transfer the mixture to a shallow baking dish and bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the top turns golden.
  4. Finally, garnish with additional diced green onions and serve with pretzels.

Notes

  • Chilling the dip enhances the flavors.
  • For a different serving option, try with vegetables instead of pretzels.
