- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 40–50 slices pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, and grated Parmesan.
- Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder, tossing to combine. Optionally, add red pepper flakes.
- If large, halve pepperoni slices for uniformity.
- Spread halved pepperoni on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
- Sprinkle cheese mixture generously over each pepperoni slice.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melty and edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet briefly, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or reheat in an air fryer.

- Consider substituting provolone for mozzarella for a different flavor.
