Description

A delicious cookie recipe made with pecans and a hint of vanilla.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/22 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar together until well combined.
  2. Add vanilla and mix.
  3. Add flour, salt, and pecans and stir to combine.
  4. Chill cookie dough for 20 minutes.
  5. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls.
  6. Get a glass cup and wet the bottom of it slightly.
  7. Gently press the cookies using the bottom of the glass.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes.

  • Ensure the butter is at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • You can adjust the amount of pecans to your preference.
