Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water while stirring until the dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm spot for about an hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  7. Transfer dough to preheated Dutch oven and bake covered for 30 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
