Instructions
- Prepare the sushi rice: Rinse the rice under cold water until clear.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Fry the shrimp: Prepare tempura batter and dip shrimp. Fry in vegetable oil until golden.
- Assemble the sushi: Place cooked sushi rice on nori, top with shrimp, and roll.
- Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
