- ½ cup white vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp black peppercorns

- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping onions and mincing garlic.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onions until golden brown.
- Add chicken thighs, seasoning with salt and pepper. Brown on all sides for about 5 minutes.
