Instructions
- Gather all ingredients: ice cream, milk, caramel sauce, apple, and cinnamon.
- In a blender, combine ice cream and milk until smooth.
- Add caramel sauce and chopped apple; blend until well mixed.
- Sprinkle in cinnamon and blend until creamy; adjust thickness with more milk if needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with additional caramel or cinnamon as desired.
- Pour into glasses, drizzle with extra caramel, and serve immediately.
