- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through; drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onions to the skillet and sauté until translucent (3-5 minutes).
- Stir in garlic powder and chili powder; cook for an additional minute.
- Lower heat and mix in cream cheese until melted; add cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese gradually until fully melted.
- Fold in diced tomatoes with green chiles; simmer for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm with tortilla chips.
