- 2 cups white chocolate chips (Use high-quality white chocolate for best flavor.)

Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and pumpkin puree. Stir frequently until smooth and creamy.
- Add the pumpkin spice and stir until fully incorporated.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until fully set.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang, place it on a cutting board, and slice it into squares.
