Ingredients

- 3 tbsp water (optional)
- 8 strawberries, chopped and mashed (1/2 cup liquid and puree)
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Wash strawberries, pat dry, remove stems, and chop.
- Mash strawberries in a bowl until chunky puree.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened butter until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add honey and mix until incorporated.
- Fold in mashed strawberries gently.
- Transfer to a storage container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

- This strawberry butter can be served on toast, pancakes, or muffins.
- For a smoother texture, blend the mashed strawberries before folding in.
