Description
A delicious Indian-style cabbage dish that can be enjoyed both hot and cold.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cabbage (sliced)
- 1/2 small onion (diced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp coriander
- 1/3 tsp curry powder
- 1/3 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp ginger (ground)
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth (or water)
Instructions
- Fry the cabbage in oil for 7 minutes at low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Wait for the cabbage to soften and brown around the edges.
- Add the onion, stir and fry everything together for another 5 minutes.
- Add salt, spices, garlic and stir, fry for another 3 minutes.
- Pour in 1/4 cup broth or water, stir and cover the pan with a lid.
- After 5-7 minutes, Indian cabbage will be ready.
