Delicious crispy chicken taquitos filled with shredded chicken, garlic, and cheese.
Ingredients

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup cooking oil (vegetable or olive oil)
Instructions
- Cook chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Shred while warm.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then mix in taco seasoning and shredded chicken.
- Warm corn tortillas briefly in a dry skillet to soften them. Spoon filling onto each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry taquitos seam-side down until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite toppings.
