- 2 cups chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, or dark)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)

Instructions
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread the Cool Whip evenly. Freeze for 30–45 minutes until firm.
- Once frozen, scoop small portions of Cool Whip and form into balls using a spoon or small scoop.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth. Add coconut oil if needed for texture.
- Dip each frozen Cool Whip ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, coating evenly, and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze again for 15–20 minutes until chocolate is fully set.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer or refrigerator until ready to serve.
