Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 cups Rolled oats
- 1 pinch Salt (optional)
Instructions
- Melt butter, cocoa, milk, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring the mixture to a full boil for exactly one minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and oats.
- Scoop onto parchment and let cool until firm.

- For extra flavor, you can add nuts or chocolate chips.
