A delicious and easy recipe for grilled salmon marinated in fresh lemon juice and garlic.

- 4 fillets salmon (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F).
- Grill the salmon skin-side down for about 6 minutes on each side or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
