Description

Delicious homemade pizza rolls filled with cheese and pepperoni, perfect for an easy snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 roll pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 beaten egg (for sealing edges)
  • Optional: diced vegetables, Italian seasoning, or garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 3×4-inch rectangles.
  2. Spread a small spoonful of pizza sauce on each piece, then add cheese and pepperoni.
  3. Fold the dough over the filling to form a roll and press the edges with a fork to seal.
  4. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  6. Place rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove when golden brown and crispy. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic butter dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Ensure the edges are sealed well to prevent the filling from leaking out during cooking.
  • Adjust the cooking time based on your air fryer model for optimal results.
