- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 beaten egg (for sealing edges)
- Optional: diced vegetables, Italian seasoning, or garlic powder
Instructions
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 3×4-inch rectangles.
- Spread a small spoonful of pizza sauce on each piece, then add cheese and pepperoni.
- Fold the dough over the filling to form a roll and press the edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Place rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
- Serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic butter dipping sauce.
